Symposium of the Erasmus+Project Democracy in Action: Empowering Adults to Teach the Next Generation

After more than a year of international cooperation, educators from Austria, Poland and Greece will present the outcomes of the Erasmus+ project Democracy in Action: Empowering Adults to Teach the Next Generation.

The project explored how democratic values, participation and civic engagement can be taught to children in meaningful, practical and sustainable ways. During the symposium, participants will be introduced to the educational methods, teaching materials and experiences developed throughout the project.

The event offers an opportunity to learn about innovative approaches to democracy education and to exchange ideas with professionals from education, adult learning and civil society.
